Every year that I visit Walt Disney World the vegan options keep growing! This year I found some really tasty treats, so thought I'd share my absolute favorites for your future trip.
DOLE WHIPS
The vanilla and coconut flavors have dairy in them, but all the other fruit flavors are good to go! You can find these all over the parks. I got my raspberry & pineapple whip at Aloha Isle in Adventureland in Magic Kingdom.
2. VEGGIE RICE BOWL @ PECOS BILL
This bowl is full of flavor! It has rice, black beans, fajita veggies + comes with salsa & guacamole. It is filling too and a great option in Magic Kingdom. This is also a quick service option.
3. PAD THAI @ SKIPPER CANTEEN
Omg, I cannot say enough good things about this noodle dish. Now this place does require a dining reservation, but it is so worth it to get this flavorful, veggie packed pad thai. The sauce is the best part, so ask for a spoon! It's vegan as is.
4. EPCOT BOOTHS AT FESTIVAL OF FLOWER & GARDEN
There are so many vegan options at Epcot's many festivals throughout the year. These are some of my favorites from this year's Flower and Garden Festival. (not pictured is the Tres Leches Cake, omg get this!!) Vegan Poutine from Canada, Potato Pancakes from Germany, & the many Vegan options at Trowel & Trellis near the World Showcase entrance.
5. CRISPY TOFY BOWL @ SATU'LI CANTEEN
This is by far my favorite option at Animal Kingdom, and it's located right next to my favorite ride, Avatar: Flight of Passage. This is a customizable bowl, but some options aren't vegan, so look out for the leaf symbol. I got the potatoes, tofu & chimichurri sauce and it was SO good!
6. ERIN MCKENNA'S VEGAN BAKERY
Whenever we come to Walt Disney World we always make sure to stop at this 100% Plant-Based Bakery at Disney Springs. Everything here tastes amazing, but I love me some cake slice!! Moist, flavorful, delicious, and lasts me for days!! This is the strawberry shortcake.
7. VEGGIE BOWL @ 4 RIVERS CANTINA FOOD TRUCK
Also located in Disney Springs, this is a quick service food truck with many options, including a veggie one. I got the sweet potato bowl, but they also have a black beans one. Very flavorful and not a bad price either!
