I wanted to make sure everyone in the Membership got this recipe too! It is one of the quickest and most delicious recipes that I use weekly. All you need is just 4 ingredients and a blender.
Serves: 16 pancakes
Ingredients:
4 cups oats
3 bananas
2 cups plant milk
1 TB baking powder
Instructions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Make these pancakes adding 1/4 cup of the batter to a pan until each side is slightly browned.
3. Top with maple syrup, blueberries, or anything you want!
